We’re thrilled to welcome two new members to our executive leadership team, Baker Johnson as Vice President of Marketing and Dave Bullock as Vice President of Engineering. Both Baker and Dave bring extensive experience in the contact center cloud and SaaS space, leading and scaling teams to meet the growing needs of digital-first and smartphone-centric consumers and the increasing demand for cloud-native contact center solutions.
Both leaders will play vital roles in helping UJET usher in and grow its global go-to-market presence and continue to scale its platform with new products and features.
As Vice President of Marketing, Baker Johnson comes to UJET with more than 15 years of experience building and leading SaaS marketing teams with a keen focus on revenue operations and customer-centricity.
Johnson will lead a team focused on accelerating UJET’s growth by evangelizing how the company’s ultra-modern, customer-and-user-centric approach to CX is radically disrupting the Contact Center ecosystem.
Dave Bullock joins UJET’s leadership team as Vice President of Engineering having helped UJET transition thousands of agents and supervisors into 100% remote work environments. Bullock also has helped UJET’s customers significantly scale in order to meet their operational needs and help their customers navigate these challenging times.
Bullock brings over 20 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, architect, and leader to his role as Vice President of Engineering.
