Customer Processing of End User Personal Data

End User Personal Data is collected, processed by and transmitted to Customers’ systems by our Service during and after End Users communicate with them in customer service sessions using Customers’ Integrated Applications. After collection and processing, all of the End User’s personal data is removed from UJET systems except the Contact ID assigned to the End User by the Customer and any metadata used in the session. Metadata is deleted once the customer service session is completed.
